Welcome to Humming Rock Healing! We appreciate your interest in our care and want to clarify our payment model for you. Our practice operates on a cash-based system, allowing us to provide personalized and comprehensive treatment without the restrictions of insurance providers. We offer Direct Primary Care and Direct Long-COVID Care on a monthly subscription basis, and for as-needed care, we function on an out-of-network basis. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may submit a claim for potential reimbursement, and we can provide superbills for your convenience. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted.

Payment is collected at time of service and can be through Zelle, Square, personal check, or through the Electronic Medical Record which accepts FSA, HSA, Credit Card, or you can register your bank account.
36-hour Cancellation Policy:
Emergencies and unexpected life events arise. For those who aren’t able to provide notice of cancellation 36 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for half of the cost of booked service.

Embodied Medicine Pathway Pricing Structure
Somatic Experiencing® Sessions: Sessions are generally 60 minutes with some scheduled for longer 85 minutes. I schedule 15 minutes after each session to allow us to have to time settle if need be so that session do not end abruptly.
60 Mintue Sessions: $225
85 Minute Sessions: $250
Packages of 10 x 60 Minute Session: $2000
I offer a sliding scale fee on request to make my services accessible. I understand that financial situations can vary greatly, so I trust you to choose a payment that aligns with your financial availability.
If you are experiencing Long COVID or other chronic illness and are keenly interested in working with SE and you are unable to work yourself, please feel free to reach out to me to discuss options.
